Action in the Ramsey County District Court for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff when his automobile collided with that of defendant Robert A. Hirt at a place where two trucks of defendant Northwestern Bell Telephone Company had been parked. The case was tried before Albin S. Pearson, Judge, and a jury. The court granted the motion of defendant telephone company for dismissal at the close of plaintiffs evidence, and the jury returned a verdict for the other defendant. Plaintiff appealed from an order denying his alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
