David James Padilla was convicted by a jury in the Jefferson County district court of possession of narcotic drugs in violation of C.R.S. 1963, 48-5-2. He asserts the trial court committed numerous prejudicial errors which require reversal of his judgment of conviction. We agree that prejudicial error was committed in the failure of the trial court to grant Padillas motion to suppress evidence and we therefore reverse.
