A jury convicted defendant of forcible rape (Pen. Code, Â§ 261) and found he used a deadly weapon in the commission of that crime. (Pen. Code, Â§ 12022, subd. (b).) He was sentenced to consecutive terms of eight years in prison for the rape, one year for the use of the weapon, and three years for a prior prison term served for a violent felony. (Pen. Code, Â§ 667.5, subd. (a).) In this appeal, defendant objects to the manner of his identification and that of his vehicle and also to the admission of his clothing. We affirm the conviction.
